These easy and irresistible Air Fryer Nutella Bombs use biscuit or crescent dough, filled with creamy Nutella and coated in cinnamon sugar for a delightful snack or dessert. Perfect for a quick sweet treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit or crescent dough (about 8 biscuits or rolls)
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (1-2 tsp per bomb)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:
Separate the biscuit or crescent dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
  • Fill with Nutella:
Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of Nutella in the center of each dough piece. Fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  • Air Fry the Bombs:
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the Nutella-filled dough balls seam-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Butter & Coat:
Once cooked, brush the bombs with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon (if using), and roll the Nutella bombs in the mixture to coat.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
Serve warm and enjoy these gooey, chocolate-filled delights!

Notes

  • Make sure to seal the dough tightly to prevent Nutella from leaking out during cooking.
  • For a crispier finish, use crescent dough; for a fluffier texture, go with biscuit dough.
