Air Fryer Pizza Bombs are a quick and easy snack or appetizer filled with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and sauce, wrapped in golden, crispy dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Flatten each biscuit and add a spoonful of pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Brush each pizza bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
  • Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use crescent roll dough instead of biscuit dough for a flakier texture.
  • Try different fillings like sausage, mushrooms, or veggies.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer.
