  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup apple butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

Topping Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup apple butter
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Sliced apples (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter, then press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in apple butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, then pour filling over crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
  6. Spread apple butter over the cheesecake, refrigerate, and garnish with whipped cream, apples, and caramel if desired.
