This BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf recipe combines all the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger into a delicious, juicy meatloaf.   • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Optional: pickles or onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, milk, ketchup, BBQ sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped onion until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or into the loaf pan.
  • Spread additional BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with pickles or onions, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use smoked bacon or add a touch of liquid smoke to the meat mixture.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or your favorite burger sides.
