12 oz rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef

4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked beef and rotini pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly with the sauce.
