8 oz (225g) egg noodles
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds & fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a hot pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp oil and sear the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, then sauté garlic, ginger, and vegetables until tender.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and cornstarch slurry.
Return beef to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir well until thickened.
Add the cooked noodles, toss everything together, and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.

Swap beef for chicken or tofu for a different twist.
Adjust spice level by adding more red pepper flakes or chili sauce.
