  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or vegetable oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for non-vegan)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Toss in the broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Add mushrooms and cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender.

  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch slurry. Stir well to coat.

  6. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.
