1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread beef mixture evenly in the pie dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
In a bowl, whisk Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife inserted comes out clean.
