Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries (pitted)

  • 2 cups cold water

  • Ice and extra cherries for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add tea bags and cherries. Steep for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bags and mash cherries gently.

  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.

  5. Stir in sugar, almond extract, and vanilla extract until dissolved.

  6. Add 2 cups cold water.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
