  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta in the sauce.

  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil, and serve hot.
