This easy and delicious club sandwich recipe features toasted bread, turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and mayo. A perfect lunch option, this classic club sandwich is quick, flavorful, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
  • 3-4 slices of turkey breast
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2-3 leaves of lettuce
  • 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cheese slices

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  • On the first slice of bread, layer turkey, lettuce, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top, mayo side down, and spread mayonnaise on its top side.
  • Add bacon and optional cheese on this layer.
  • Top with the final slice of bread, mayo side down.
  • Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and cut into triangles. Serve immediately.
