Perfect for coffee and chocolate lovers, this decadent dessert is topped with a mocha drizzle for an extra touch of sweetness. Great for special occasions or any time you crave a luxurious treat!

Ingredients

  • For the brownie base:
    • All-purpose flour
    • Cocoa powder
    • Granulated sugar
    • Butter
    • Eggs
    • Vanilla extract
    • Salt
  • For the cheesecake layer:
    • Cream cheese
    • Granulated sugar
    • Eggs
    • Sour cream
    • Instant coffee (dissolved in hot water)
    • Vanilla extract
  • For the mocha drizzle:
    • Chocolate chips
    • Heavy cream
    • Instant coffee powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownie base: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Make the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, dissolved instant coffee, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Pour the mixture over the brownie base.
  • Bake the cheesecake: Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Prepare the mocha drizzle: Heat heavy cream and instant coffee powder in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Drizzle over the chilled cheesecake before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee in the cheesecake mixture.
  • Let the cheesecake fully cool before slicing for clean cuts.
