  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Add shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in cooked penne pasta, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and creamy.
