  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
