  • 10.75 oz cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, soup, and sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • Spread the chicken mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well coated.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
