  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until combined.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
