  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly pink. Remove from heat.
  • Transfer shrimp and sauce to the baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
