2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add the milk and whisk until smooth.
