12 slider buns
1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
6-8 slices cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bottom buns, followed by a layer of roast beef and cheddar cheese slices.
Place the top halves of the buns back on.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
