  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
    • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • ¾ cup eggnog
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Blend in eggnog, flour, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth. Pour filling over crust.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, bring cream cheese to room temperature before mixing.
  • Add an extra sprinkle of nutmeg on top for garnish before serving.
