  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out while keeping it attached at the base.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

  • For extra flavor, broil the lobster tails for 1-2 minutes at the end of cooking.
