Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  • Once all the steak bites are cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium, then add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the steak bites to the pan and toss them in the garlic butter sauce to coat.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce.
  • Use ribeye or filet mignon for a more tender cut, or substitute with chicken for a lighter option.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or a side salad for a complete meal.
