These Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious, bite-sized treat filled with ground beef, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, and topped with garlic butter and Parmesan.   • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place the filled dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of each dough ball with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a slice of American cheese in the center of each dough ball before sealing.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or a garlic aioli for added fun.
  • You can substitute the biscuit dough with pizza dough for a different texture.
