  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and onion. Cook until browned and set aside.
  • Mix the cooked beef with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place 1-2 tbsp of the beef mixture in the center. Fold and seal the edges to form a ball.
  • Place the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush each ball with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve warm.
