1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup sour cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg, sour cream, and vanilla until combined.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters.
Place cookies on prepared baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
