Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
