1 cup fresh raspberries
2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices, raspberries, and peach slices for garnish (optional)
In a blender, puree the raspberries and peaches until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
Add the lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour in the cold water and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and peach slices if desired.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
For a fizzy twist, substitute some water with sparkling water just before serving.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
