Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced)

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)

  • ¾ to 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 4 cups cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint and peach slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine sliced peaches and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp (optional for a smoother texture).

  3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Mix well.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  6. Serve over ice with fresh mint or peach slices if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar to your sweetness preference.

  • Use sparkling water instead of still for a fizzy version.

  • Frozen peaches can be used when fresh peaches aren’t in season.
