1 package (3 oz) orange Jello
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
Optional: orange zest or mandarin oranges for garnish
Dissolve orange Jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup cold water, stir and refrigerate for about 30–40 minutes until slightly thickened (not fully set).
In another bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix with 1 cup milk until smooth and thickened.
Fold the slightly thickened Jello into the pudding mixture.
Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
