  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, and garlic. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
