This Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Linguine is a creamy, savory dish bursting with rich flavors. Tender chicken is seared in a buttery garlic sauce, then paired with perfectly cooked linguine tossed in Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon juice. This easy yet indulgent meal is perfect for weeknights or special occasions!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using), then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and place it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
