  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
