1 lb ground beef
2 cups dry pasta (elbow or rotini)
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add pasta, beef broth, and milk. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
