  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup ketchup (optional for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
