3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup bok choy, chopped
12 frozen potstickers (any variety)
2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
