  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 Hershey's Kisses (unwrapped)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the cookies are still soft.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving.
