  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread half the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Add a layer of ricotta or cottage cheese (optional) and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
