Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  • Place chicken cubes in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto soaked skewers.
  • Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
